All of our hand made pieces are photographed prior to dispatch as a record of reference to the integrity of the product.

If there is a malfunction then you need to email sophiemem@gmail.com with photos attached and describe the issue with the product.

If there is a valid reason for a return, the piece must not be worn, must still have tags and must have its original box.
